Rich
Tucker's
Biblical Nutrition
$15.00
Preface
In
December 1973, Rich Tucker visited me in Berea and I was so impressed
with his knowledge of nutrition that I asked him to write this book.
Two months later he completed this book and partial bench pressed (2"
lockout) 1,000 pounds. Interviews with 300-pounders originally
scheduled for this book were simply leftovers from an older course. In
a nutshell, professional wrestlers took Metrecal or Similac with their
meals to gain weight years ago but it's an expensive method. Send us a
photo when you reach 300 pounds. Mike Brown, 1974
Publisher’s Note
A lot
has changed in the 26 years since the first edition of Biblical
Nutrition was published in 1974. Some corrections were made to
the first edition, which had some typographical errors and a few
sentences here and there
were too outdated to include in this edition. The addresses
included in the first edition were also updated for obvious reasons. A
table of contents was added as were some sidebars placed in boxes at
the end of some chapters. Dianne Miller, 2000
